Traci
Cortes
In May of 2019, Traci Cortes joined EPP's team as Director of Operations. Traci was well prepared for this roll: she has been in a customer service, marketing, or management position since she began working at the age of 16. In addition to her role as Director of Operations and wife and mother of three, she is also a volunteer firefighter. Traci, her husband and her son are active members of the Eagle Springs Fire Dept. Traci, an avid animal lover, has bred and raised AKC registered English Bulldogs for over 15 years. In her down time, Traci fishes and boats with her family, and can be found soaking up the sun at the beach.
Traci is a problem solver: she will go to great lengths to help anyone in need. If she doesn’t have the resources to help, she reaches out through her extensive network of colleagues and friends. Her connections with the community run deep because she has lived and worked in Moore County for most of her life. Traci is outgoing, personable and goes out of her way to make everyone feel welcomed and included. As part of her Director of Operations role, she never misses a chance to promote EPP and can be found at nearly every event welcoming all who attend. “Real Estate Beyond the Sale” is EPP’s motto, and Traci shapes her position at the firm around this concept through her advocacy and support of EPP’s community outreach initiatives. Traci is truly an asset to EPP, and we are fortunate to have her as part of the team.
