Chris Smithson

Chris is a native of Southern Pines who has lived other places but was lucky enough to be able to return to this wonderful town.

His commitment the community runs deep as illustrated by his 10-years of service on the Southern Pines Town Council including a term as Mayor Pro Tem.

Chris' long professional career, which includes customer service, marketing, eCommerce, manufacturing, and real estate started right here in downtown Southern Pines when he began work at the bike shop at age 14. He has a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

In real estate, Chris specializes in residential sales and property management. He is also approved as a real estate instructor by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. You can rest assured that your experience with Chris will be as professional and trouble-free as possible.
