Maryann Faraci

MaryAnn Faraci is dedicated to guiding her clients through every step of the home

navigating real estate can feel overwhelming, and she works diligently to simplify the

Originally from Long Island, New York, MaryAnn relocated to Moore County in 2004 and
has since built strong ties within the community. Before beginning her real estate career,
she worked as a bank manager in New York, where she developed a strong foundation
in financial guidance, attention to detail, and client service—skills she now brings to
every transaction.
MaryAnn’s passion for helping others is rooted in both her personal and professional
life. As a proud mother of three grown sons and grandmother to a cherished
granddaughter, she understands firsthand the importance of finding the perfect place to
call home. She is also an life member of the Women of Sacred Heart, reflecting her
commitment to community and connection.
With a rich cultural background, MaryAnn speaks German, a reflection of her heritage
through her parents. Outside of real estate, she enjoys staying active and
social—having bowled most of her life, as well as playing golf and enjoys horseback
riding.
