Licensed in California since 2007, Melody is a third-generation real estate broker. After living in the Sierra’s for 23 years, she brings her small town authenticity, great sense of humor and gritty honesty with her as she specializes in Residential, Farm and Ranch properties. A lifelong equestrian, she holds a degree in Equine Science and truly enjoys finding the right homes for clients and their animals. She relocated from Plumas County, California in 2017 to be near family and has a daughter attending UNC Chapel Hill. Melody is passionate about service, spending time outdoors, rescue animals, historic homes and exploring the wild places in NC! She enjoys using her many years of experience to help guide her clients towards their real estate goals.
